and begin drafting a rough 2D blueprint. By utilizing a visual layout on the lot, material samples and cost worksheets, we refine the design complete with 3D drawings.
Based on these plans, a contract is presented with the overall costs and estimated start and completion date. Once signed, the building process begins. The timeline for material selections for the cabinetry, lighting, flooring, wall colors, etc., is presented. We use an “allowance based contract” which gives our clients extra flexibility to make changes during the building process. Walk-throughs are scheduled periodically throughout the building process to ensure that everything is coming together as envisioned.
When the finishing touches are done, more is acquired than just another custom home or project on our completed list. It’s a personal relationship that continues on and a job done well that energizes us for the next day.
